Our Commitment to You

At Soothe, we stand behind our products. We believe that when used as directed, our formula delivers real, noticeable relief. If you give it a fair chance and it doesn't work for you, we don't want your money. Simple as that.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your results after using Soothe as recommended — applied daily for at least 14 consecutive days — you are eligible for a refund.

We ask only that you give the product a genuine opportunity to work as intended before requesting a refund. Consistent daily use for two full weeks is what we recommend for best results, and it is the basis of our guarantee.

*Note: as a skin care company, we do not accept any returns.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply send us an email at info@soothesalve.com with the following:

  • Your name and order number
  • A brief note about your experience and feedback on the product

That's it. We ask for your feedback because we genuinely want to learn and improve. Once we receive your email, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You do not need to return the product.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Eligibility

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of Soothe products. To be eligible:

  • The product must have been used daily for a minimum of 14 consecutive days.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date.
  • Limit one refunded item per customer.
