Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

Soothe ships to all addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 2–8 business days depending on your location and carrier routing. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Soothe is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders $40.00 and over.
  • Orders under $40.00 may be subject to a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@sooothesalve.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Soothe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
