When your package arrives, you open the box to find this sturdy tin wrapped in tissue, and it smells phenomenal! It reminds me of a mint candy I used to eat as a child. I smelled it for several minutes after I first opened it.
I like that the tin has a screw to stop so I don't worry about it popping open if I drop it on accident. I also appreciate the QR code inside the lid so I can easily reorder when I need to without having to search for the website.
The texture of the product is very smooth without any lumps or clumps or granules. This makes it feel great when you are applying it.

I love the clean ingredients used in this salve! The texture is so nice and it leaves my hands feeling moisturized without feeling greasy which is huge! It also lasts longer than a normal lotion so I don't reapply as often. The aroma reminds me a little of a muscle tension product which isn't necessarily my favorite, but it goes away after a little while and doesn't linger. Overall, I would highly recommend!

My wife and I began applying Soothe Salve to the dry, cracked skin on our hands and feet - noticeable results in just a few weeks. Prior thereto, we were applying well known, pricey lotions. This salve is perfect for dry hands after a long dish-washing marathon! I think our water contains high chlorine (yuck) which dries my hands out. Other lotions feel good for a few minutes but then I still find my hands feeling dry. This salve actually rejuvenates my hands and leaves them soft!

No. Annoying, but not ruined — and it’s fixable in about half an hour. Melting doesn’t spoil oils or wax; nothing separates permanently and nothing loses its potency. Bring the tin inside as soon as it lands and keep it flat and level. Set it on the counter, or put it in the fridge for 20–30 minutes if you want it firm faster, then let it come back to room temperature before you use it.

Beeswax and shea butter naturally push a fine layer of their own crystals to the surface when the temperature swings, like the pale coating on a chocolate bar left in a warm car. Rub it in and it disappears. Nothing is wrong, nothing has separated, and nothing needs to be thrown out.
